Where is Oktoberfest Dover held? The Booking Hall, Old Harbour Station, Elizabeth Street, Dover, Kent CT17 9FE
Is there entertainment? Yes, we have DDFK Oomph Band (Die Dorf Fest Kapelle) the UK's ultimate Bavarian party band. They have been playing their foot stomping German Schlager hits and Pop Covers since 1995. They will be performing 2 x 1 hour sets.
Do we need to buy tickets online in advance? Yes, we highly recommend buying your tickets online from our ticketing partner Good Show. Tickets will be very limited on the door and will costs more. Save money, buy online and in advance.
What beverages will you be serving? We have a fully stocked bar serving range of Beer, Ale, Cider, Spirits, Wine and Soft Drinks. We have a dedicated Oktoberfest draught bar serving the amazing Paulaner Munich Beer and our very own 'Booking Hall Brauen' which has been specially brought in just for Oktoberfest!
What food will be available to purchase? Bratwurst, Sauerkraut, Burgers, Pretzels, Currywurst and Fries will be served from 1pm till 5.30pm both days. Vegan and Vegetarian options will be available. A selection of crisps and sweets will also be available for purchase.
What time can we arrive? Unlike other Oktoberfest events, we do not give you a time slot, your ticket is valid for the whole day. Come when you like and stay as long as you like.
Is this event family friendly/can I bring my kid? Yes persons under 18 years old are allowed to attend and are free. They must be accompanied by and adult 18+ at all times. Please select the free under 18's ticket to guarantee them entry. The nature of Oktoberfest is the enjoyment of beer, so as the day/evening progresses you would expect some to indulge more than others. We suggest coming with your children between the hours of 1pm - 4pm.
Do you accept cash and card? Card or cash is accepted at the bar for your drinks. However, all food is paid for via card and via the QR code provided on tables.
How do I order beer/food, is there table service? All drinks are purchased at the bar, we do not offer table service for drinks. All Food is ordered and paid for via QR Code on tables. Food will be delivered to your table.
Can I bring my pet? We do not allow pets at this event. We do allow guide dogs and a bowl of water can be provided.

Can I get a refund for my ticket? All ticket sales are final, however we know unexpected things can happen. If you feel your situation warrants a refund please email our ticketing partner support@good-show.co.uk with an explanation. They will discuss this with us.
Can I dress up for this event, for example, German/Bavarian outfits? Yes, please do!
Can I dance and sing along? We would be upset if you didn't! Just be considerate and aware of others.
